Navigate to medfx.co.uk
You can use either the login form on the homepage or navigate to ‘Sign in’ on the top right hand corner.
Please select 'Forgot password' and follow the instructions.
Once logged in, please navigate to the ‘ePharmacy’ tab in the top navigation.
Please fill out the information requested on this page. You will then be asked to confirm using a code sent to your mobile phone.
Once successful, you should see the following confirmation message.

Bulk importing of patient records:
To import patient records in bulk, please ensure the raw data is saved in .xls or .xlsx. format. Navigate to the 'ePharmacy' tab and select ‘Add Manage Patients’.
Select 'Import patients'.
You can then either directly import your file by selecting ‘Choose File’ or you can select one of our templates to help you structure your data.
Once you are happy with the data you can select ‘Choose File’ and then ‘Upload.’
All patient data should now be easily found within the 'ePharmacy' section.
