Delivery & Order Information

Delivery Timelines

Orders placed before 5.30pm on a business day are usually dispatched for a 1 to 2 day delivery.

We will normally dispatch goods by courier or first class post to the UK mainland excluding any area separated by water (‘UK Mainland’) from the mainland (delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer).

 

Delivery Charges

Orders Under £550 Standard £5.95 delivery charge
Orders Over £550 Free Delivery
Temperature Controlled orders £9.95
*Please note any orders under £550 containing both temperature controlled and non-temperature controlled items will only be charged the £9.95 delivery fee.

 

Free delivery on orders over £550 ex VAT. All orders falling below this threshold will be charged at £5.95. Any orders containing temperature controlled items will incur a cold chain delivery fee of £9.95 and are not eligible for free delivery regardless of order threshold met.

 

Dispensing fee

We do not charge a dispensing fee when you use any of our Pharmacies.
