Delivery Timelines
Orders must be placed before 5pm on a business day for next working day delivery.
We will normally dispatch goods by courier or first class post to the UK mainland excluding any area separated by water (‘UK Mainland’) from the mainland (delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer).

The below charges apply to both temperature and non temperature-controlled orders to be delivered on the Next Working Day*:

Free delivery on orders over £500 exc VAT. All orders falling below this threshold will be charged at £4.99.

As different packaging regulations apply across temperature-controlled items, your order may arrive in standard packaging, or it may arrive in Woolcool® temperature-controlled packaging.
You will receive a notification of your delivery timeframe, please ensure that someone is available to accept deliveries.

Temperature-Controlled Deliveries
Some products including many medicines and toxin require specialist temperature-controlled delivery to ensure the integrity and safety of the products. We take safety and compliance very seriously, going above and beyond to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition and at the optimum temperature. Our focus on MHRA compliance ensures the safety of your business and most importantly your patients. We use dedicated temperature-controlled couriers, delivery days may vary depending on postcode.
Dispensing fee
We do not charge a dispensing fee when you use any of our Pharmacies.
