Creating a multiple prescriber account with Medfx is simple.
Once you have nominated your prescriber(s), we will link your account to your chosen prescriber. It’s that easy.
To begin nominating your prescriber, please contact us at sales@medfx.co.uk or on 01376 532 800.
If you believe a mistake has been made regarding your multi-prescriber account, please contact us.
You can easily choose the correct prescriber for your practice account with this three-step process:
Step 1 - Ensure all prescribers have a full account with Medfx. (See above regarding prescriber nomination).
Step 2 - When using our online pharmacy, eScript, you will be presented with a "prescriber" drop-down menu. Please select the correct prescriber from this menu.
Step 3 (optional) - If you believe a mistake has been made or would like any additional help contact us to speak to a team representative.
We recommend including dosage instructions for all prescribed products to help ensure patients have clear and accurate guidance. For products administered in the clinic, you may include instructions such as “for professional administration only.”
